Easy CCU — Terms of Service and License

Who we are
We are Easy CCU, and we sell Roblox game templates & related assets. We are not affiliated with Roblox.
What you’re buying
You purchase access to use the template and included assets. You do not own the IP. Assets are licensed, the entire property is not yours.
Your access (what you can do)
Use the template for Roblox experiences under your studio, group, or account.
Share the template privately with your authorised developers (people working on that same project, in the case you want to co-purchase a game, open support ticket/contact reaper).
Modify the template for your Project.
Publish and monetize your finished experience on Roblox.
Follow Roblox’s rules at all times.
What you cannot do
Do not repackage, resell, share, trade, leak, or distribute the template or source files outside your authorised developers.
Do not upload our assets to model libraries, marketplaces, or repositories (public or private).
Do not use our template to make another template, toolkit, or product whose majority value is our assets.
Credit
Include “Template by Easy CCU” in your experience description or in‑game credits, IF you’re not changing much of anything.
Any links in your credit must follow Roblox’s rules. If credit isn’t feasible, call support/contact reaper to request an exception.
Updates and support
We provide reasonable updates and fixes for a period after release.
We may pause or end updates/support if it becomes impractical (for example, major platform changes) and will give reasonable notice when possible.
Updates are not guaranteed to be perpetual and may break backward compatibility.
Third‑party IP and takedowns
You are responsible for having rights to any third‑party content you add.
If your game is removed or restricted due to an IP claim or takedown, that is not our liability.
We may share general guidance, but we are not your legal counsel. Roblox handles on‑platform takedowns and counter‑notices.
Platform rules
Your game must comply with Roblox’s Terms of Use and Community Standards. We are not responsible for any moderation actions against your game or account.
Payment, refunds, and chargebacks
All sales are final once you access the files, unless we state otherwise.
If you purchase through a payment platform (eg paypal), that platform may still issue refunds or handle disputes to prevent chargebacks. We do not control platform decisions.
Warranties and disclaimers
Templates are provided “as is” and “as available.”
No guarantee of being achieving specific results, you can definitely get a successful game if marketed well enough.
You assume all risk for your game, including monetization, moderation, bans, data loss (unless it is the main template purchased), or revenue loss.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for the majority of damages (indirect, exemplary..), or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
Termination
If you breach these Terms (including leaking, reselling, or unauthorized sharing), your access ends immediately without refund. We may revoke update/support access and enforce our rights.
After termination, stop using and delete all copies of our assets. You may keep already‑published experiences live, but you must not update or republish them using our assets.
Exceptions and custom terms
For different scopes (Studio‑wide, custom credit, etc.), contact us before purchase or distribution. Any exception must be in writing from Easy CCU.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes apply to new purchases immediately and to prior purchases after reasonable notice where you obtained the template.
Governing law; venue
We base these laws on Roblox and to the laws of the US court.
